No Returns Policy
We do not accept returns on any products, including edibles, tinctures, flower, or accessories. This policy is in place to ensure that all products remain safe, sealed, and compliant with health and safety standards.
Exchanges for Damaged or Defective Vapes
We will honor exchanges only for vape cartridges or devices that are damaged or defective upon delivery or pickup.
To be eligible for an exchange:
-You must contact us within 5 days of receiving your order
-The product must be in its original packaging (unopened except for testing purposes)
-Proof of damage or malfunction (photos or video) may be required
-Return or inspection of the original item may be requested
-If approved, we will issue a replacement of the same item. No substitutions or credits will be given.
How to Request an Exchange
Please email fulfillment@trucannabliss.com with:
-Your full name and order number
-A description of the issue
-Photos or video of the defective/damaged vape
-Confirmation that the original packaging is available
