Our Commitment Since 2019
Since opening in February 2019, TruCannaBliss has operated with transparency and compliance as core principles.
We believe responsible retail means going beyond minimum requirements and continuously strengthening internal safeguards as the industry evolves.
Our Regulatory Framework
TruCannaBliss operates in accordance with the federal 2018 Farm Bill and applicable Wisconsin hemp regulations. Under federal law, hemp must contain no more than 0.3% delta-9 THC on a dry weight basis.
While Wisconsin follows federal hemp definitions, it does not currently operate a state-run retail cannabis testing program similar to those in fully regulated cannabis markets.
For that reason, we voluntarily prioritize products that undergo comprehensive third-party laboratory testing comparable to those required in established state-regulated cannabis programs.
Our Testing Standards
We prioritize testing conducted by ISO/IEC 17025 accredited laboratories to ensure validated methodologies and quality control.
Every product we carry must include:
Batch-specific Certificate of Analysis (COA)
Third-party laboratory testing
Cannabinoid potency analysis
Screening for microbial contaminants
Screening for pesticides and heavy metals (where applicable)
Residual solvent testing for concentrates and vape products
In addition to manufacturer-provided documentation, TruCannaBliss conducts independent random verification testing beyond minimum regulatory requirements.
Our Product Review Protocol
If questions arise regarding any product:
Distribution is paused.
Updated batch documentation is requested.
Independent verification may be conducted.
Products that do not meet our standards are permanently discontinued.
How to Read a Certificate of Analysis (COA)
A COA is a laboratory report tied to a specific production batch.
Here’s what to look for:
Cannabinoid Profile
Delta-9 THC (federally regulated limit)
THCa (non-psychoactive precursor)
Total THC (post-decarboxylation calculation)
CBD and other cannabinoids
Microbial Testing
Total yeast and mold
Pathogenic organisms such as Aspergillus species
Contaminant Panels
Pesticides
Heavy metals
Residual solvents (for extracts)
COAs reflect the sample tested at the time of analysis and are batch-specific.
Our team is always available to walk customers through these results.
